Course Description:
The class will be about ways to improve working with buyers in today’s market. Part 1 is improving odds of helping “traditional buyers” secure a binding contract with a Seller when competing with investor-Buyers or Buyers paying cash. The course will cover what used to work for buyers vs. what works now and discuss guidelines can help eliminate the need for several contingencies in the offer. The class will also cover the Ribbon Cash-Advantage Program and how to use Ribbon to remove all contract contingencies as well as costs, fees, and best and worst case scenarios. Part 2 will introduce marketing to Short Term Rental investor buyers. I will briefly describe various real estate opportunities (flips, long term rentals, land deals) before focusing on short term rentals. This course will cover short term rental loan options. I’ll also cover a full business plan to get up and running with short term rentals with market selection, property management, software tools, advanced acquisition strategies, etc.
Course Objective:
This class is about how improve the process of working with buyers in today’s challenging market. Topics include contract strategies, various loan guidelines to aid with customers who already own a home, and how to use and set expectation with Ribbon for buyers. This class will also discuss how to acquire and advise investors looking to break into the short term rental market, thus opening up a whole new set of buyers at an advantageous price point.
