This course is designed to help real estate agents work effectively with real estate investors. It will give real estate agents insight into the mindset of investors, how they analyze the numbers when acquiring properties and what investors are looking for when choosing a real estate agent with whom to work. This course will help agents become better at their careers, make more income and help more people.

Course Objectives: At the conclusion of this course, real estate agents will be able to:1. Define the mindset of the Real Estate Investor compared to the average home buyer2. Discuss the benefit of working with the Real Estate Investor3. Explain the fundamentals of real estate investment4. Calculate cash flow and other financial measurements5. Know how to interview a potential investor client – the 7 critical questions6. Discuss the different kind of financing available to the real estate investor7. Understand how real estate license laws in Georgia impact the communication and contracts for the real estate investor8. Understand ow to make offers for investors that get accepted – know your numbers9. List properties for an investor – what is important 10. Attract investor clients as another aspect of their real estate business.

It will not be a requirement, buy highly recommended since most of the teaching materials is in the book.
