(1) Identify & understand the fundamentals of the business aspect of being a real estate agent;

(2) Understand liability issues in real estate and protect yourself financially;

(3) Identify common real estate business issues and learn solutions to these financial and business matters; and

(4) Identify a variety of resources to meet your financial & liability needs with respect to your practice if real estate.
