REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training within three-year cycles. The National Association of REALTORS® requires that all members take Code of Ethics once they join a Board. The Code is what sets REALTORS® apart from other real estate professionals. When you take the Code of Ethics class, you are stating that you will follow a strict Code of Ethics promoting professionalism and an ethical real estate practice.

This course is approved by the National Association of Realtors to meet the current Quadrennial required Ethics training cycle. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion to provide to their Board of REALTORS, in addition to the 3 Hrs CE Credit.

Below are the cycle dates for the Code of Ethics Training Requirement. Training must be completed at anytime during these established cycles. the National Association of REALTORS® requires all REALTOR® members to complete Code of Ethics training and report it to their primary association once every three-year cycle in order to maintain their REALTOR® membership.

The current three-year cycle (cycle 7) is from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2024.
