The effective real estate licensee is a facilitator, guide and educator for clients and customers navigating real estate transactions. People – our consumers and peers – make decisions emotionally and use logic to justify those decisions. Knowing those decisions helps schools to better fuel their growth and provide better services because they understand the deeper justification for why consumers make the decision to begin and stay in a realty career.
Deeper connections with customers and clients generate better understanding and communication with the ultimate outcome of well-informed decisions and satisfied consumers. This course is designed to assist the licensee in meeting the consumers’ need for learning the nuances of real estate transactions.
