This is a contract-writing review class. Students will be given scenarios about a Buyer making an offer on a property, the Buyer & Seller negotiating through the offer & counter-offers in order to reach a Binding Agreement. We will thoroughly discuss contract offer & acceptance in a fun & interactive approach.
