Beyond ChatGPT

This advanced course builds on foundational AI knowledge to equip Georgia real estate licensees with the tools, systems, and compliance frameworks needed to deploy artificial intelligence at a professional level. Students move beyond basic tool use into agentic AI platforms, multi-step automated workflows, and enterprise-grade advertising pipelines — all while maintaining full compliance with the NAR Code of Ethics, Fair Housing law, GREC advertising rules, BRRETA, RESPA, and the FTC’s 2023 Endorsement Guidelines. The course includes live demonstrations of Claude Cowork (Anthropic’s agentic AI environment), Perplexity AI’s research and computer-use capabilities, HeyGen AI video, Descript, Otter.ai, and multi-agent automation stacks using tools such as Zapier AI and Make.com. Students will leave with a mapped AI workflow, a broker-ready AI supervision policy template, and a prompt engineering reference guide with embedded compliance standards.
